General booking information
How can you book a holiday property through this web site?
- via the reservation form on this web site at your chosen holiday property. Please fill out the reservation form so we can get all the relevant information. After we receive your reservation, you get a reservation confirmation or an e-mail with your access information for the customer area on our main web site.
- by telephone through our German service: 49 (0) 75 65 - 9426770 or directly to Croatia by calling the following telephone number: +385 (0) 984 - 9 20 21. We will be happy to take your reservation by telephone. Please, write down the exact information of the property you selected in advance. When you do that, we can also answer any questions you may have right away.
- via e-mail to: info@kroadria.de . Please, don't forget to inform us of all the relevant reservation information. Those are your name and surname, address, number of people, arrival and departure dates, and also the exact property description.
The booking procedure is as follows:
1. for apartments - holiday homes - rooms - studios You book your holiday property here through the booking service Fuchs. We run several Croatian holiday web sites and manage all the information on a central server. So you will receive from this website, the reservation confirmation of one of our main pages, in this case www.kroadria.de.
-After your reservation order, you will receive a short feedback from us via e-mail with your reservation number and your customer area access information. With these you can access our customer area.
- In the customer area you can see the status of your reservation. A detailed written confirmation and the receipt will also be sent to your e-mail. You can see those in the customer area or print them out. Please, check all your confirmation information and take into account the general terms and conditions.
A deposit of 15-20% of the total amount is due within 7 days after you receive you receipt/reservation confirmation. Take into account that we will send you the travel documentation only after the deposit is paid in full. The deposit is paid to the account number that can be found in the customer area, on the receipt.
- The rest of the price is paid directly to our partner office in Croatia, to the accommodation proprietor or contact person. You can pay for your accommodation on location in euros or kunas. Please, take into account our general terms and conditions.
2. for properties reserved through our partner I.D.Riva Tours GmbH. Reserve a holiday property through I.D.Riva Tours GmbH. You can find it on our site, on the reservation form, when a new window containing I.D.Riva's address, opens. Your information is transferred through an encrypted connection. After you made your reservation it will automatically be stored in our reservation system and a reservation confirmation, containing your reservation number, will be sent to you. In case you have additional questions or you want to make changes to you reservation, please enclose your reservation number. You will also receive, in addition to your reservation confirmation, the receipt via e-mail within 24 hours. It will contain all the information about the reserved services with short descriptions, prices and directions, if needed. Please, print this receipt out and save it.
Travel documentation: After you have made your reservation and paid the receipt (at the latest three weeks before arrival), you will receive your travel documentation at your home address in the mail. In case of short-term reservations, you will receive your travel documentation immediately after you pay the deposit. Online reservations are paid through I.D.Riva Tours! You can simply pay for your holiday with a transfer order. After your reservation is confirmed we will send you an e-mail with the bank and account number. After you receive your receipt, please pay the deposit in the amount of 15% of the receipt, and 21 days before the beginning of he holiday, the rest of the amount, without an additional reminder.
When filling in the transfer order make sure you enclose the reservation number as well. When the reservation is made 5 days or less before departure please, pay the full amount to our account within 24 hours, because of the time needed for the money transfer and sending the travel documentation. After that, please send us a copy of the transfer order to the following fax number: (+49 (0)89 23 11 00 26) or via e-mail to versand(at)idriva(dot)de. After the payment is made, we will send you your travel documentation.
3. Additional services on location The following services are not included in price and are paid for on location: garage, heating, mobile air conditioning, laundry service, boat mooring, etc.
4. Further care on location. On your holiday location you will be looked after by our local office. Apart from personal protection, these local agencies offer a variety of excursions. Our guests always gladly accept these special arrangements.
